• Ability to read and apply technical documentation and service procedures.
• Excellent customer service orientation; strong Italian and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and service across the North-West Piedmont region.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair packaging equipment per procedures.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and system issues; document findings.
• Prioritize service requests to meet commitments and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify service opportunities and growth.
• Deliver basic user training and ensure safety and quality regulations.
