Job summary

L Founders in Italy is seeking a P&C Manager to own the entire People & Culture domain for the Italian NSO. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination with HQ, and employee lifecycle management, acting as the main HR partner to the General Manager and shaping strategic workforce decisions.

You will own HR operations, labor law compliance, and process improvements within a dynamic, international environment, with flexible work arrangements and an office in Milan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an international HR position.
• Hands-on execution and strategic involvement in workforce decisions.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, administration and local labor law.
• Experience with payroll processes and HR systems (Sage is a plus).
• Confidence to challenge stakeholders.

• Own end-to-end HR activities for the Italy NSO.

This is not your typical HR role. As P&C Manager Italy, you are fully responsible for the entire People & Culture domain within the Italian NSO. Youoperateas a true owner: from hands-on execution and administration to tactical sparring partner of theGeneral Manager and contributing to strategic workforce decisions.

You will be the go-to person for everything HR-related. One moment you are drafting contracts or handling complexlaborlaw cases, the next you are shaping workforce planning or improving processes.

You get the freedom and trust to build,structureandoptimizeP&C in Italy based on yourexpertise, while being supported by an experienced and international Global P&C team.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of all P&C activities within the Italy NSO for a globalcompanycomapny;
• End-to-end responsibility for recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management;
