Job summary

InPost Italia is growing rapidly and seeks a P&C Expert balancing recruitment with P&C projects. You’ll allocate 30–50% of time to hiring and the rest to process improvements, programs, and collaboration with Talent.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, in-house or agency, including full end-to-end hiring.
• Active sourcing skills and experience with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Exposure to P&C projects or process improvement.
• Italian (native) and English (B2 or higher).
• Ability to manage several priorities and to work with business leaders.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools is appreciated.

InPost is a leading player in the business to consumer parcel delivery market. In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader. InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 6000 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 5000 fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24/7) enabling customers to collect, send and return parcels at their earliest convenience. The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer’s Polish home market. Job Overview:

InPost Italia is growing very fast, and our P&C team is growing with it. We are looking for a P&C Expert who combines two roles: P&C Expert (Talent Acquisition a& P&C projects).

You will spend about 30 to 50% of your time on recruitment, depending on our hiring plans. The rest goes to P&C projects, process improvement and joint work with the Talent area. You will be part of the Italy Talent team and work closely with the People Business Partner, the L&D Expert and the Payroll & Admin Expert. You will also work with Group P&C and Talent colleagues.

AI is an important part of how we work. We expect you to use it in your daily work and to help us find where it improves recruitment and P&C processes.

Location: Milan, hybrid (about 3 days per week in the office)

Responsibilities and Duties:

Talent Acquisition Business Partner

• Own end-to-end recruitment: agree hiring needs with managers, then source, screen, interview and make offers
• Deliver a strong candidate experience and represent the InPost employer brand
• Manage agencies and job boards for quality and cost
• Improve our recruitment process and tools, and report the numbers that matter: time to hire, funnel conversion, cost per hire
• Keep selection compliant with Italian law, GDPR and pay transparency rules

P&C Projects & Processes

• Lead local and Group P&C projects and process improvements
• Take part in implementing P&C systems: requirements, testing, data quality, user support
• Roll out Group processes in Italy and adapt them to Italian regulations
• Use AI tools to speed up P&C project and process work
• Depending on your skills, build analyses and dashboards from P&C data

Talent and Group Collaboration

• Work with Group and local Talent teams on talent reviews, succession and internal mobility
• Link recruitment with internal talent pipelines, so critical roles are filled internally where possible
• Share good practice with Group TA and P&C colleagues and contribute to cross-country projects

Key Skills:

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Economics or a related field
