Zusammenfassung

Lexroom Srl is seeking a People Operations Team Lead to own how People Ops runs across all countries we operate in, with payroll close, trusted data, and scalable processes. Based in Milan, you’ll lead a team of People Ops Specialists and work closely with the Head of People.

You’ll manage payroll provider relationships, HRIS (HiBob) integration, employee lifecycle and benefits, plus ESOP administration, ensuring compliance and data-driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in HR/People Operations end-to-end, including Italian employment framework.
• Hands-on experience running payroll through external providers, with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Experience owning an HRIS and connecting it to payroll (HiBob, JetHR, PayFit, Deel).
• Proven ability to automate HR processes with AI use cases.
• Fluent Italian and English.

The role

You’ll own how People Operations runs in every country we operate in, today and as we expand. That means payroll closes under control, data we can trust, and processes nobody has to chase.

You’ll report to our Head of People and lead a team of People Ops Specialists, with an Ops Specialist supporting you on the technical side of our tools.

What you’ll do

• Make payroll accurate and reliable in every country: choose, manage and, when needed, replace our local providers, and own the monthly close (calendar, cut-offs, pre- and post-run checks, reconciliation with Finance)
• Own our HRIS (HiBob) as our single source of truth, and its connection to payroll in every country
• Run the employee lifecycle, benefits and ESOP administration across Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Bulgaria and every new market we open
• Keep each country compliant: map the risks, decide what to fix first and track it to closure
• Design processes and data with measurement in mind, and use AI to remove manual work
• Lead and grow the team

What you bring

• Solid experience in HR or People Operations, owning processes end to end, including the Italian employment framework
• Hands-on experience running payroll through external providers: month-end close, controls, reconciliations and provider management
• Experience owning an HRIS and connecting it to payroll (e.g. HiBob with JetHR, PayFit, Deel)
• A track record of automating HR processes, with concrete AI use cases you can walk us through
• Fluent Italian and English

Nice to have

• HR operations experience outside Italy
• Hands-on experience with HiBob
• HR analytics

What we offer

• Salary: €55,000–65,000 gross per year
