Etro in Fidenza Village is seeking an experienced Client Advisor to deliver high-level service and convey the brand philosophy and heritage to customers.

You will guide clients through the Etro selling ceremony, stay up to date with fashion trends, contribute to store goals, and collaborate on CRM and visual merchandising. Fluency in English is required; another language is a plus.

Formación

• Customer service experience in luxury fashion
• Knowledge of Etro history and heritage
• CRM and client relationship management
• Visual merchandising and store presentation
• Ability to drive store results and customer satisfaction
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus

For our Store in Fidenza Village we are looking for an experienced Client Advisor

She/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage
• Assist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony
• Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products
• Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies
• Establish good group dynamics, through efficient communication
• Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines
• Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise

Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies

Key Requirements

• Deep passion for fashion and luxury
• Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies
• Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers' attitude
• Ability to adapt to different customers
• Team-playing attitude
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in english. Another language is a plus
