Job summary

Etro in Milan seeks a Junior Interior Designer for the Flagship Store Home collection. You will provide high-quality service, align with brand philosophy, and support design of functional, harmonious spaces.

You will contribute to sales targets with product knowledge, assist with in-store events, and ensure optimal product display while maintaining shop order.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury contexts selling furniture and home items.
• Knowledge of drawing/rendering applications.
• Passion for decoration and use of colours.
• Contacts at architecture/interior designer firms.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating the sale of Home collection and providing appropriate advice and solutions according to customer needs.
• Provide graphic representations by designing functional, comfortable interior spaces.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets by delivering expert product knowledge and trends.
• Ensure customer reception, assistance and guidance during purchasing.
• Participate in special projects such as promotions or in-store events.
• Ensure correct display of products in shop windows and sales floor.
• Participate in warehouse activities including receipt and storage of goods.

ETRO is looking for a Junior Interior Designer in our Flagship Store Home collection in Milan.

Job Description:

To provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating the sale of Home collection and and provide appropriate advice and solutions according to customer needs. You will act in line with the company's sales philosophy and service standards and within the framework of the guidelines received periodically from the boutique manager;
• Provide graphic representations by designing functional, comfortable, harmonious interior spaces and environments according to customer guidelines,
• Contribute to the achievement of assigned sales targets by providing appropriate customer service through timely and correct understanding of needs and by conveying expert knowledge of products, display and trends;
• Ensure customer reception, assistance and guidance during the purchasing process, maintaining a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Participate in and contribute operationally to special projects such as promotions or in-store events;
• Ensure the correct display of the product in the shop window and on the sales floor, maintaining the care and order of the shop.
• Participate in warehouse activities (receipt and storage of goods, inventories)

Key Requirements
