Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking an Outbound Team Leader to oversee daily operations in our logistics and fulfillment centers. You will lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve KPIs related to efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in the outbound shipping process.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3–5 years in logistics and at least 1–2 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• 3–5 years in logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of outbound logistics, planning, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of outbound associates, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Plan and allocate daily tasks to meet outbound targets and deadlines.
• Monitor KPIs such as pick rates, packing accuracy, and shipping timelines.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost outbound efficiency and reduce errors.
• Lead regular team meetings and provide feedback and development opportunities.
• Address and resolve operational issues and performance concerns promptly.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations.
• Collaborate with inbound, inventory, and transportation for end-to-end operations.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Job Summary**

As an Outbound Team Leader at JD.com, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of an outbound team within our logistics and fulfillment centers. This role involves leading, motivating, and developing a team to achieve key performance indicators related to efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in the outbound shipping process.

Job Responsibilities**

• * Supervise and manage a team of outbound associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• * Plan, organize, and allocate daily tasks and resources to meet outbound shipping targets and deadlines.
• * Monitor team performance against established KPIs, including pick rates, packing accuracy, shipping timelines, and quality control.
• * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance outbound efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize resource utilization.
• * Conduct regular team meetings, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate training and development opportunities for team members.
• * Address and resolve operational issues, team conflicts, and performance concerns promptly and effectively.
• * Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and promoting best practices.
• * Collaborate with other departments, such as inbound, inventory, and transportation, to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics operations.
• * Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• * Maintain accurate records of team performance, attendance, and training.

Job Qualifications**

• * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• * Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• * Strong understanding of outbound logistics processes, including picking, packing, shipping, and quality control.
• * Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant logistics software.
• * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• * Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions.
• * Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
• * Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
