Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of In Stock Specialists, fostering a high‑performance and collaborative environment.
• Monitor KPIs related to in‑stock rates, inventory levels, and stockout frequency, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and execute inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce carrying costs, and improve product availability.
• Analyze sales data, forecast demand, and collaborate with procurement and merchandising teams to ensure timely replenishment of products.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, slow‑moving inventory, and potential stockout risks.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures, including cycle counting and perpetual inventory systems.
• Collaborate with warehousing, logistics, and supply chain partners to streamline inbound and outbound inventory flows.
• Generate regular reports on inventory performance, highlighting areas for improvement and presenting recommendations to management.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in inventory management.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related operational role, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles, forecasting methodologies, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team building, coaching, and performance management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic e‑commerce environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
