Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of inbound associates to hit daily targets.
• Oversee receiving, unloading, sorting, and storage of incoming inventory.
• Monitor inbound processes and drive workflow improvements to reduce cycle times.
