Job summary

JD Logistics, part of JD.com, is hiring an inbound supervisor to lead a team of associates, ensuring accurate receipt, sorting, and storage of goods in our warehouse operations. You will monitor processes, optimize workflow, and maintain high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field and 3–5 years in warehouse operations with leadership experience. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations with 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role within inbound logistics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of WMS and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of inbound associates to meet daily performance targets.
• Oversee receiving, unloading, sorting, and storage of inbound inventory with accuracy.
• Monitor inbound processes and implement improvements to reduce cycle times.
• Ensure safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards are followed.
• Conduct performance reviews and develop team members; collaborate with outbound and inventory control.
• Resolve daily issues and maintain detailed records of inbound activities and discrepancies.
• Participate in new inbound procedures and technologies implementation.
