BMP Tappi, a manufacturing site within the Essentra Components group in Milan, seeks a Customer Service Representative to coordinate order fulfillment and act as the main customer interface with Sales, Production, and Logistics. You will ensure timely updates and accurate data in ERP systems in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent Italian and English, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication are required to support international customers and contribute to continuous improvement."

Competenze

• Previous experience in a customer service or related role.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good math/analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Manage the full order lifecycle from entry to delivery.
• Act as main interface between customers and internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Production).
• Monitor order status and communicate updates or delays.
• Ensure accurate data entry in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with production planning to align requirements with schedules.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and claims with timely resolution.
