Deel is seeking an Operations Manager to own automation and AI-driven improvements across global payroll processes. You will build, test, and iterate AI-powered workflows (Akai) while leading end-to-end projects across multiple workstreams.

Competenze

5+ years of experience in operations in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with building and troubleshooting AI workflows, not just using AI.
Engineering background or equivalent technical exposure preferred.
Experience mentoring small to mid-sized teams.
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights (SQL familiarity a plus).
