Amazon is seeking an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern for 6 months in 2027. You will develop knowledge of HR within Amazon's fast-paced operations and support teams across multiple countries, contributing to training, employee relations, and workforce analytics.

The role offers learning sessions, mentorship, and a path to graduate roles, with a competitive monthly salary and relocation support.

Competenze

• Speak, write, and read fluently in Italian and English at C1 level or above.
• Currently in your penultimate or final year and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Available for a full-time internship (max 40 hours/week) and commit to 3–6 month internship.
• Must be able to sign a learning agreement with the student’s University.

• Participating in process reviews to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Compiling personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations to inform decisions.
• Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
