WLG in Sicily seeks an experienced AV/IT support professional to manage end-to-end audio and video services. You will deploy, configure and maintain equipment, ensuring readiness for exercises and operations.

The role covers senior networked video sessions, voice device setup, and secure network work. You will log work in official systems, follow procedures, and remain on site with occasional extended hours as projects require.

Competenze

• Two years hands-on designing, implementing and maintaining core network architecture.
• Practical experience with video teleconferencing technologies.
• Understanding of VoIP and IP addressing.
• Ability to log and track work in a service-desk tool.
• Comfort with structured procedures, checklists and instructions.
• Foundational IT security awareness: passwords, access control, devices.
• Ability to follow and improve documented procedures under pressure.
• Good communication with users and colleagues, accurate records.
• Willingness to work on site and extended hours when required.
• Fluent English, CEFR B2 to C1.

Mansioni

• Prepare, configure and deploy audio and video equipment per baseline configurations.
• Set up and manage video teleconferencing for senior and command sessions.
• Install and configure voice equipment over both ordinary and secure networks.
• Set up and tear down projectors and sound equipment.
• Carry out approved endpoint updates and line patching per procedures.
• Handle incidents and service requests promptly and accurately.
• Prepare, deploy and recover equipment in exercises and operations.
• Maintain complete, auditable records of work performed.
• Support other communications service areas where endpoint work touches services.
