Job summary

LuxExperience is seeking a Back Office Planner to join the Commercial YOOX team in Zola Predosa, Bologna, Italy. The role is hybrid, fixed-term for 12 months, with a starting gross base salary from 27.000€ per year.

You will manage Open to Buy, loading orders, supplier relations, and support campaigns with Merchandising, Buying, Operations and Finance. The ideal candidate has a university degree in Economics or Business Admin, strong analytical skills, excellent Excel, good Italian and English

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Prior working experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and quantitative skills.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent problem solving and proactive attitude.
• Strong relationship and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage Open to Buy, loading orders and updating relevant systems.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and coordinate with Merchandising/Buying teams.
• Analyze purchasing campaigns and supplier portfolio in collaboration with Merchandising.
