Job summary

LuxExperience, the leading digital luxury group, invites a skilled Business Analyst to join the Retail Strategy & Planning team within YOOX’s commercial division in Bologna. The role offers hybrid work and a fixed-term 12-month contract starting November/December 2026.

You will define the commercial calendar, develop dashboards, analyze data to optimize sales and profitability, and collaborate with Product Planning to support short and long-term targets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in Business Analysis or equivalent analytical roles.
• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
• Knowledge of SQL or Databricks (nice to have).
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• Strong teamwork and ability to handle deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the definition and execution of the commercial calendar, including pricing strategies and promotional initiatives.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key business trends to provide clear and actionable recommendations to support business decisions.
• Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities aimed at optimizing sales performance and profitability.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of major commercial initiatives and determine the most efficient mix at a global level.
• Work closely with the Product Planning team to define a commercial plan to support both short and long-term targets.
• Oversee and ensure the accurate execution of strategic initiatives designed to maximize overall business value.
