LuxExperience’s YOOX division in Bologna is seeking a motivated Back Office Planner to join the Commercial department on a fixed-term 12-month contract. The role focuses on Open to Buy management, supplier relations, and cross-functional support across merchandising, operations, and finance.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Economics or Business Administration, demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills, and is fluent in English and Italian.

• University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• A prior working experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset / quantitative skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel is mandatory).
• Problem solving and proactive attitude.
• Very strong relationship and communications skills.
• Attention to details, hard working and committed.
• Good time management of projects and tasks, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong ability to work under pressure.
• Good English level (B2 at least) and fluency in Italian

Responsabilidades

• Management of Open to Buy, loading orders and updating the relevant systems.
• Management of the relationship with suppliers.
• Cooperation with Merchandising and Buying Team for oversight and analysis of purchasing campaigns and supplier portfolio.
• Collaboration with Operations Inbound teams to address discrepancies between supplier documents and Navision’s purchase orders.
• Support the Operations and Digital Production Team in the management of product processing flows.
• Cooperation with Finance & Administration teams to ensure a smooth flow between transport documents, invoices and payment management.

Working Model : Hybrid

Contract Type: Fixed Term (12 months)

Potential Start Date: November / December 2026

Collective Bargaining Agreement: CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio)
Starting Annual Gross Base Salary : From 27.000€
