LuxExperience is seeking a talented Back Office Planner to join its Commercial department in Bologna, Italy. The role is hybrid, based at our offices in Zola Predosa, with a fixed term of 12 months and an initial gross base salary starting at 27,000 euros.

You will manage Open to Buy, load orders, coordinate with suppliers, and collaborate with Merchandising, Buying, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth flows and accurate documentation.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong analytical mindset and quantitative skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Aufgaben

• Manage Open to Buy, load orders and update systems.
• Manage relationships with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Buying on campaigns and supplier portfolio.
• Coordinate with Operations Inbound to resolve discrepancies in POs.
• Support Operations and Digital Production in product processing flows.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure smooth transport, invoicing and payments.
