Job summary

Sonoco in Lombardy, Italy, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to act as a strategic partner to country leadership, translating global HR initiatives into local actions that drive business objectives. You will oversee workforce planning, organizational design, and employee engagement in a manufacturing setting.

You will lead employee relations, ensure compliance with Italian employment law, support talent development, compensation guidance, and HR operations, while partnering with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience in a multinational and matrixed organization.
• Strong experience supporting leaders in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

• Translate corporate HR initiatives into locally relevant actions while aligning with business priorities.
