Job summary

Experteer Italy seeks a Senior Specialist / Project Manager – HR Business Partner to guide managers in people decisions and HR initiatives that support site success. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, foster inclusion, and contribute to local and global HR projects in an international manufacturing environment.

You will coach managers, support recruitment to offboarding, strengthen labor relations, talent development, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with Italian labor

Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP or generalist in an international manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of Italian labor law and employee relations practices.
• Ability to advise managers on performance, talent and org topics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner and coach to managers on employee and organizational matters.
• Support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and drive HR initiatives.
• Advise on employee relations topics and ensure compliance with labor law and policies.
• Collaborate with employee representatives and support industrial relations activities.
• Drive talent management, learning, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Support compensation, benefits, payroll, and workforce planning processes.
• Analyze HR data and trends to provide actionable insights for decisions.
• Lead and contribute to local and global HR projects and change initiatives.
• Promote company values and strengthen employee engagement across the site.
