Bose Corporation is seeking an HR Manager to lead people strategy for its Italian operations, overseeing Sonus faber in Arcugnano and De Santi in San Martino di Lupari. You will advise leadership, manage payroll, compliance, and industrial relations across two legal entities.

In this broad, hands-on role you’ll partner with global HR teams, drive workforce planning, and ensure a consistent, compliant employee experience in a craft manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of HR experience in Italy across business partnering and operations.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labour law and CCNL.
• Experience with multiple legal entities and manufacturing environments.

Mansioni

• Advise Italian leadership on organisation design and workforce planning.
• Manage end-to-end employee relations and compliance.
• Oversee payroll for two entities and maintain GDPR reporting.
• Partner with HRBPs and Centres of Excellence to implement programs.
• Ensure onboarding and retention through craft manufacturing context.
