Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Several years HR experience as Generalist or BP in an international manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of Italian labor law and employee relations practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience advising managers on performance, talent and organizational topics.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with HR data and metrics.
• Fluent Italian and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner and coach to managers on employee and organizational matters.
• Support full lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding, development, and offboarding.
• Foster positive employee experience and an inclusive culture.
• Advise on employee relations topics and ensure labor-law compliance.
• Collaborate with employee representatives and support industrial relations.
• Drive talent management, learning, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Support compensation, benefits, payroll, and workforce planning processes.
• Analyze HR data and trends to provide actionable insights.
• Lead local and global HR projects and change initiatives.
• Promote company values and strengthen employee engagement at the site.
