Carrier Corp in Legnago, Italy, is seeking an experienced Onsite Support Services Engineer to provide hands-on IT support at the Carrier site.

You should have 3-5 years in Service Desk, End User Services, Field Services and Onsite IT Support, with fluent English and native Italian, and a service-oriented mindset.

This onsite role requires strong hardware/software troubleshooting across office and shopfloor environments, with 40 hours per week and a 12-month contract.

Competenze

• 3-5 years IT experience in Service Desk, End User Services, Field Services, and Onsite IT Support.
• Strong troubleshooting for hardware, software, and workplace technologies.
• Excellent communication in English and native Italian; customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently in a fully onsite environment.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite IT support to end users at the Carrier facility.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripherals.
• Deliver Service Desk and End User Computing support.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops.
• Support printers, monitors, mobiles and other IT equipment.
• Log and manage incidents in the ITSM system; escalate when needed.
• Assist user onboarding and device provisioning.
• Document incidents and assets accurately.
