TVS SCS RICO Italia is actively seeking an IT Engineer VR04 to join the team in Italy. The role involves providing daily local and remote IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software, and documenting steps in the ticketing system. Onsite duties include Break & Fix, IMACD requests, and end-user support.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of IT support experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 18 months of experience in the IT sector.
• Proven analytical, communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work out of hours when required.
• Knowledge of Italian and English for daily use.
• Car availability for travel preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide daily local/remote IT support and document resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Facilitate Break & Fix, IMACD requests and on-site fault resolution.
• Support Windows, Mac and Linux environments and devices.
• Coordinate with resolver teams to maintain service across shifts.
• Assist with meeting room IT equipment and AV support.
