AVASO Technology Solutions in Chieti, Italy, is seeking an Onsite Support IT Engineer to join our global IT team. You will provide on-site and remote desktop support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and ensure systems are secure and up to date.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Desktop Support, strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, Active Directory, and ITIL, plus experience with SCCM/MDT and modern cloud apps.

Competenze

• 2+ years in Desktop Support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux environments.
• Experience with Active Directory for user management.
• Familiar with ITIL processes for incidents and changes.
• Proficient with remote desktop tools and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCCM/MDT and software deployment.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site and remote desktop support for users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
• Deploy OS updates and software packages.
• Collaborate with IT team to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
