BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking a Hardware Support Technician full-time in Milan, Italy. The role requires excellent skills in user IT infrastructure, Microsoft Windows, and Office applications.

As a technician, you will manage hardware issues, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure asset management. Candidates must hold a valid work permit in Italy and have several years of IT experience.

Mansioni

• Provide hardware break fix support by whole unit swap.
• Manage spares provided on site.
• Execute installations and changes.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Adhere to defined processes and work instructions.
• Interface with multiple levels of end users and technical staff.
• Troubleshoot issues on multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of network configurations.
• Responsible for asset tagging and management.
• Provide weekly reports on inventory counts.
• Work with suppliers to schedule repairs.
