Competenze

• Must hold a valid work permit in Italy.
• Several years of experience in the IT field.

Mansioni

• Provide hardware break fix support, typically by whole unit swap.
• Manage spares provided on site.
• Execute installations and changes.
• Deliver an excellent level of customer service.
• Adhere to defined Processes and work instructions.
• Interface with multiple levels of end users and management.
• Troubleshoot issues on multiple computer platforms.
• Knowledge of network configurations: LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, VLAN.
• Responsible for asset tagging and entering equipment into the management system.
• Provide weekly reports on physical inventory counts.
