BCIC Swiss GmbH, located in Milano, is seeking a Full-time Hardware Support Technician. The role involves providing hardware break fix support, managing spare parts, executing installations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Candidates must hold a valid work permit in Italy and have several years of experience in the IT field. The position requires troubleshooting skills across multiple platforms and knowledge of network configurations.

Mansioni

• Provide hardware break fix support by whole unit swap.
• Manage spares provided on site.
• Execute installations and changes.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Adhere to defined processes and work instructions.
• Interface with multiple levels of end users and local technical staff.
• Troubleshoot issues on Macintosh, Windows, Linux, and mobile devices.
• Responsible for asset tagging and entering equipment into management system.
• Provide weekly reports on physical inventory counts.
• Schedule repairs for damaged/malfunctioning hardware with external suppliers.

Excellent skills in user IT infrastructure

Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows

Strong Microsoft Office skills
