• Provide hardware break fix support, typically by whole unit swap.
• Manage spares provided on site.
• Execute installations and changes.
• Deliver an excellent level of customer service.
• Adhere to defined Processes and work instructions.
• Interface with multiple levels of end users.
• Troubleshoot issues on multiple computer platforms.
• Responsible for asset tagging and equipment management.
• Provide weekly reports on physical inventory counts.
• Work with external Suppliers for repairs.
