Response Informatics is seeking an experienced IT EUC Engineer to provide onsite and remote end-user computing support within a global IT Operations team. You will troubleshoot incidents, deploy devices, and support Windows 11, macOS, Intune, JAMF and Microsoft 365 while ensuring service levels and clear communication with users.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in IT/EUC, strong problem-solving, documentation skills, and a degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Competenze

3–6 years in IT/EUC or technical IT support.
Strong hands-on troubleshooting across Windows 11 and macOS.
Experience with Intune, JAMF and Jira.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365, OneDrive and VPN.
Experience supporting remote users and managing incidents within SLAs.
Excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.

Mansioni

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software incidents and service requests within SLAs.
Support Windows 11 and macOS, laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
Configure and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive, VPN, Defender and other business applications.
Provide support for iOS/Android, Cisco/Polycom telephony and softphones.
Support meeting rooms and AV technologies including Crestron, Logitech, Dolby and Room Wizard.
Manage IT assets, documentation, knowledgebase updates and hardware lifecycle activities.
Support new-joiner setups, employee moves, equipment returns and vendor hardware repairs.
Perform meeting-room health checks, patching, updates and antivirus maintenance.
Handle escalations and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
