Alstom, Italy, is seeking an experienced HR Operations leader to oversee end-to-end employee administration across a multinational organization, ensuring alignment with global HRO standards and local regulatory requirements.

You will participate in continuous improvement, guarantee Internal Audit compliance, and lead a team within the Global HRO Operations function focusing on governance, compliance, process optimization, and performance monitoring.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master degree in HR and Payroll.
• Experience in team management (5+ headcount).
• Strong administration experience and very good Excel skills.
• Confidentiality, rigor, service orientation, result orientation, teamwork.

• Oversee end-to-end employee administration processes across a multinational organization.
