Alstom in Italy is seeking an On-Site HR Administration Team Leader to oversee end-to-end employee administration across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with global HRO standards and local regulations.

You will lead a small team, ensure timely HR processes, manage mandatory communications, and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs while driving continuous improvement. Experience in HR payroll and strong Excel skills are essential.
