Alfa Laval is seeking an HR Partner to manage recruitment and onboarding for Italy's blue-collar and contingent workforce, ensuring compliance and efficiency. You will liaise with agencies, advise managers on labor relations, and handle full employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding.

You will work with the local HR Business Partner and shared service center, travel to other Italian locations as needed, and drive process improvements, digitalization, and cost optimization in HR

Competenze

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in HR generalist or HR administration.
• Good working knowledge of Italian labor law and national collective agreements (CCNL, Metalmeccanico).
• Hands-on recruitment and onboarding for blue-collar and contingent staff.

Mansioni

• Manage recruitment and onboarding across Italy for blue-collar employees, contingent workers, and temporary staff.
• Liaise with temporary work agencies for sourcing, contracting, and cost control.
• Advise managers on labor relations in coordination with local HR BP and shared service center.
• Oversee HR administration and full employee lifecycle processes.
