Edwards Vacuum in Catania, Italy is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site service, repair, and maintenance of customer vacuum equipment. You will travel within your area to keep systems performing reliably and safely, joining the Customer Center Service team and reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will diagnose issues, provide service recommendations, and ensure documentation and safety standards are met while supporting customers across industries.

Competenze

• Previous field service experience.
• Good written and verbal communication; basic English required.
• Ability to work independently and resolve problems.

Mansioni

• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to service, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Act as on-site contact and provide recommendations to customers.
