Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site maintenance and repair of customer equipment in the Catania region.

You will travel within your area to support customers, perform inspections, installations where needed, and provide on-site recommendations to ensure uptime and safe operation. Ideal candidates have field service experience, are self-directed problem solvers, and communicate clearly in English.

Your mission is to deliver skilled on-site service that keeps our customers’ equipment performing reliably and safely. You use your expertise to repair, maintain, and support the technology they depend on. Through your work, you help customers secure the uptime and performance they need to run their operations with confidence. You join the Customer Center Service team and report into the Operations Manager.

• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

You will be part of our customer center in Catania, Italy. You join a field service team that works close to our customers, where most of your time is spent traveling within your assigned area to support them on-site.
