Aventa is seeking an Offshore Analysis Engineer to join our Engineering team for offshore projects in Italy. You will conduct analyses, modeling and simulations, and contribute to technical documentation for multidisciplinary engineering challenges.

Based in Genoa, Milan or Fano with hybrid work and up to 8 days remote per month, you will collaborate across disciplines, ensure QA/QC adherence and support the preparation of technical and commercial offers.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in an engineering discipline such as Naval, Offshore or Structural Engineering.
• Demonstrable experience in offshore engineering projects.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines in multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct technical analyses, modeling and simulations in assigned projects.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
• Ensure completion of activities per project specifications and company standards.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial offers.
• Manage the document archive for assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with Quality procedures (QA/QC).
