Saipem Offshore Construction, part of Saipem S.p.A., is seeking an Offshore Structural and Subsea Equipment Engineer in Italy. You will design subsea structures with FEA/FEM, mentor junior team members, and collaborate in a multinational environment.

Willingness to travel internationally and across fabrication yards is expected. Master's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and 5 years of offshore structural experience are required, along with English and Italian language skills.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years as a Structural Engineer within Offshore Construction projects.
• English and Italian language proficiency.

Mansioni

• Perform mechanical and structural design of subsea structures with high autonomy using FEA/FEM.
• Coordinate junior engineers, designers, and consultants, providing technical guidance.
• Develop expertise in subsea equipment (Subsea Valves, Diverless Connectors, Subsea Flexible Pipes) and support supplier evaluations.
• Plan and organize activities, maintain the engineering deliverables register, and ensure timely delivery.
