Job summary

AGAP2 is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering execution across Energy, Oil & Gas, Chemical & Petrochemical, and Mining sectors in Italy. Hybrid work in Fano/Genova with responsibilities spanning coordination of process, mechanical, piping, civil, electrical, instrumentation, automation and HSE disciplines.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic thinking, and international interface management, with delivery within time, budget, and contractual constraints.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in structured engineering organizations.
• Proven leadership in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams on EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities across the EPC project lifecycle from kick-off to handover.
• Define objectives, milestones, and KPIs aligned with the execution strategy.
• Coordinate interfaces among client, EPC contractors, vendors and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards and project procedures.
• Chair progress and coordination meetings and document decisions and actions.
