Job summary

Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) in Italy seeks an Offshore Installation Engineering Manager to lead installation disciplines, coordinate interfaces, and ensure project execution in line with safety and quality standards. Availability for offshore rotations is mandatory.

The role offers a permanent contract with a hybrid working model and location in Fano (PU), Italy. You will supervise installation methods, analyses, survey, and pre-commissioning activities while collaborating with the design

Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Naval, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
0-10 years of experience.
English language proficiency at B2 level.

Responsibilities

Manage project installation engineering team across disciplines and ensure design compliance with project specs and HSE/Q procedures.
Ensure all design requirements are met, all changes noted, and interdisciplinary checks are carried out.
Maintain permanent interfaces with other engineering disciplines, operations, asset teams and client to resolve technical and operational problems.
Support operation department in subcontract documents and contribute to project planning and scheduling.
