Job summary

Nozomi Networks is seeking a Sales Renewals Representative for North EMEA. The role focuses on renewing and expanding customer relationships across Italy, Mendrisio, UK and other regions, driving renewal orders and managing the end-to-end renewal cycle.

You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify risks, forecast renewals, and pursue upsell opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer experience and a data-driven approach to quota attainment.

Qualifications

• Track record in renewal, sales or customer service role.
• Proven ability to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Tenacious and target-orientated to meet/exceed goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify renewal opportunities and drive the renewal cycle to closure.
• Support Sales, partners and distributors on renewals.
• Manage pipeline and deliver quota targets consistently.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on risks and upsell opportunities.
• Forecast renewals and report on trends and key events.
• Coordinate with support/training to resolve technical questions before renewal date.
