Job summary

Dedagroup is expanding its North American corporate organization and seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to design and drive people strategies for the region. You will partner with leadership to shape organizational design, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance and leadership development.

Based in Italy and willing to relocate to New York, you will align Group People initiatives with local market requirements, ensure compliance with U.S.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR Business Partnering or broader HR leadership roles.
• Understanding of the North American labor market and employment environment.
• Experience supporting business transformation, organizational change and scaling organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Ability to operate autonomously in evolving and entrepreneurial environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
• Willingness to relocate to New York.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational design, workforce planning and business growth initiatives.
• Help define and implement HR processes, policies, and governance practices appropriate for the North American market.
• Ensure alignment between Group People strategies and local market requirements
• Lead talent acquisition activities for the region.
• Support onboarding, performance management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment regulations and local HR practices.
• Support employee relations activities and HR operational processes.
