Job summary

Dedagroup è alla ricerca di un HR Business Partner per supportare la crescita e la trasformazione in Nord America. Il ruolo richiede esperienza in HRBP o ruoli HR di leadership, con comprensione del mercato del lavoro nordamericano e della normativa statunitense.

La posizione prevede leadership su processi HR, talent acquisition e sviluppo leadership, nonché onboarding, gestione delle prestazioni e succession planning.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR Business Partnering or broader HR leadership roles.
• Understand North American labor market and employment environment.
• Experience supporting business transformation and scaling organizations.

• Support design organizzativo, workforce planning e crescita del business.
• Definire e implementare processi HR, politiche e governance per il mercato NA.
• Allineare le strategie HR del Group alle esigenze locali.
• Guidare attività di talent acquisition per la regione.
• Supportare onboarding, performance management, succession planning e leadership development.
• Garantire conformità con normative USA e pratiche HR locali.
• Supportare HR operations ed employee relations.

What You’ll Do

• Support organizational design, workforce planning and business growth initiatives.
• Help define and implement HR processes, policies, and governance practices appropriate for the North American market.
• Ensure alignment between Group People strategies and local market requirements
• Lead talent acquisition activities for the region.
• Support onboarding, performance management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment regulations and local HR practices.
• Support employee relations activities and HR operational processes.
