Job summary

Dedagroup is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our North American corporate organization in New York. You will lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent acquisition for the region.

This role requires deep knowledge of US employment practices, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Fluency in Italian and English is essential, and willingness to relocate is expected.

What You'll Do

• Support organizational design, workforce planning and business growth initiatives.
