Qualifications

• Significante esperienza in HRBP o ruoli di leadership HR.
• Conoscenza del mercato del lavoro nordamericano.
• Esperienza in trasformazione organizzativa e scale-up.
• In grado di bilanciare pensiero strategico ed esecuzione.
• Ottime capacità di gestione degli stakeholder.
• Comunicazione eccellente in italiano e inglese.
• Disponibilità a trasferirsi a New York.

Responsibilities

• Supportare design organizzativo, pianificazione della forza lavoro e crescita aziendale.
• Definire e implementare processi HR, politiche e governance per il mercato NA.
• Garantire allineamento tra le strategie di Gruppo e le esigenze locali.
• Guidare attività di talent acquisition per la regione.
• Supportare onboarding, gestione delle performance, succession planning e sviluppo della leadership.
• Garantire conformità alle norme statunitensi e alle pratiche HR locali.
• Supportare relazioni con i dipendenti e processi HR operativi.

To support this ambitious journey, we are looking for an HR Business Partner.

What You’ll Do

• Support organizational design, workforce planning and business growth initiatives.
• Help define and implement HR processes, policies, and governance practices appropriate for the North American market.
• Ensure alignment between Group People strategies and local market requirements
• Lead talent acquisition activities for the region.
• Support onboarding, performance management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment regulations and local HR practices.
• Support employee relations activities and HR operational processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience in HR Business Partnering or broader HR leadership roles.
• Understanding of the North American labor market and employment environment.
• Experience supporting business transformation, organizational change and scaling organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Ability to operate autonomously in evolving and entrepreneurial environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
• Willingness to relocate to New York
