MEININGER Milano Lambrate is seeking a Night Receptionist to welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out, ensuring a smooth overnight stay in a lively hostel-hotel setting.

You will handle guest inquiries, invoicing, and administrative tasks while contributing to online reputation management and quality checks. Occasional involvement in breakfast, dinner, or bar service supports a collaborative team.

Competenze

• Experience in hospitality and guest services.
• Outgoing personality and team player.
• Knowledge of front office software preferred.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out from A to Z.
• Respond to guest inquiries and advise on local attractions and services.
• Handle invoicing, hour registration, and administrative tasks.
• Support online reputation management and perform quality checks.
• Occasionally assist in F&B tasks (breakfast, dinner, bar).
• Adapt to a flexible shift pattern including nights and weekends.
