MEININGER Milano Lambrate is hiring a Service Staff (f/m/d) for full-time, on-site work. You will host guests, prepare simple dishes, and keep the breakfast and kitchen area clean and welcoming.

Mansioni

• Host guests to ensure a safe and memorable stay.
• Prepare simple cold and warm dishes and maintain mise en place.
• Set up and remove breakfast/lunch/dinner buffets with proper labeling per HACCP.
• Keep breakfast room and kitchen clean and orderly.
• Maintain a varied, appealing food and beverage display for guests.
• Prepare lunch bags based on orders.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks following recipes.
• Estimate food quantities for group meals and serve guests at the bar.

YOUR TASKS

• You're a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay


• You prepare simple cold/warm dishes (such as cheese/meat platters, salads, already-made warm dishes, pizzas, and more), and ensure an adequate mise en place


• You're responsible for setting up and removing the breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet, making sure that all products are correctly labelled according to HACCP guidelines


• You take care of the cleanliness of our breakfast room and our kitchen


• You ensure the constant availability of a sufficient quantity and varied selection of appealingly presented food and beverages to the guests


• You prepare lunch bags by the number of orders


• You prepare hot and cold drinks according to the recipes


• You calculate the right amount of (pre-prepared) food for group lunches/dinners


• You serve guests at the bar for their desired food and drinks, per serving guidelines.

• Ideally you already have experience in hospitality or service
