MEININGER Milano Lambrate is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to create memorable guest experiences. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, respond to inquiries, and support F&B tasks when needed while ensuring smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate has hospitality passion, an outgoing personality, and comfort with front office systems. Italian and English fluency is expected, with a team-oriented approach in a dynamic setting.

• Initial experience in hospitality is required or desired.

• Strong guest service mindset with the ability to handle diverse requests.

• Knowledge of front office systems (ASSD/Fidelio/SIHOT) is a plus.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist guests at check-in and check-out to ensure a smooth experience.
• Manage the welcome and farewell process and monitor occupancy optimization.
• Answer guests' queries and provide local recommendations and services.
• Handle operational tasks: invoicing, hour registration, and quality checks.
• Support F&B tasks when needed (breakfast, dinner, bar).
• Work in a team and be flexible for various shifts including nights.

Are you a people person who wants to create and share memorable experiences with our guests? MEININGER Milano Lambrate is looking for a full-time Receptionist. MEININGER Hotels. YOUR TASKS

• You act as a great host and create a memorable stay for our guests
• You are in charge of welcome and good-bye process from A to Z, managing check-ins and check-outs to create best experience for our guests and optimize hotel occupancy
• You respond to our guests' personal and phone enquiries and provide advice regarding local attractions, activities and additional services
• You take care of operational and administrative tasks: invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, quality checks etc.
• You work in a team and are ready to take on occasional tasks in the F&B area (breakfast, dinner, bar)
• You enjoy diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day-, when needed evening- and night shift

YOUR PROFILE

• You possess initial experience and are passionate about hospitality
• You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks
• You are a people person, you like helping others and creating unforgettable experience for our guests
• You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together
• You have good knowledge of a front office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)
• You are fluent in Italian and English (min. B2), any other language is an advantage
