MEININGER Milano Lambrate is hiring a Full-time F&B Service Staff (f/m/d) to host guests and prepare food and drinks in a vibrant hostel-hotel setting. You will set up breakfast and meals, maintain the breakfast area, and assist guests with service and orders.

The role emphasizes teamwork, on-site presence, and a welcoming guest experience in a dynamic environment. Join our international team and enjoy staff events and benefits.

• You are a great host ensuring guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay.
• You prepare simple cold/warm dishes and ensure mise en place.
• You set up and clear breakfast/lunch/dinner buffets with proper labeling per HACCP.
• You maintain cleanliness of the breakfast room and kitchen.
• You ensure adequate, appealing food and beverage availability for guests.
• You prepare lunch bags according to orders.
• You prepare hot and cold drinks according to recipes.
• You serve guests at the bar following serving guidelines.

YOUR TASKS

• You’re a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay
• You prepare simple cold/warm dishes (such as cheese/meat platters, salads, already-made warm dishes, pizzas, and more), and ensure an adequate mise en place
• You're responsible for setting up and removing the breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet, making sure that all products are correctly labelled according to HACCP guidelines
• You take care of the cleanliness of our breakfast room and our kitchen
• You ensure the constant availability of a sufficient quantity and varied selection of appealingly presented food and beverages to the guests
• You prepare lunch bags by the number of orders
• You prepare hot and cold drinks according to the recipes
• You calculate the right amount of (pre-prepared) food for group lunches/dinners
• You serve guests at the bar for their desired food and drinks, per serving guidelines.

• You enjoy interacting with guests
• You are a team player and happy to help your colleagues out
• You work efficiently and in a well-structured way
• Ideally you already have experience in hospitality or service
