Six Senses Rome is seeking a GEM Night to deliver bespoke guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will anticipate guest needs, coordinate arrivals, arrange transfers, and guide guests to activities while upholding Six Senses standards and safety procedures.

The role requires Italian fluency, English proficiency, and a hospitality background with at least one year in a hotel operation. You will upsell resort facilities and collaborate with departments to ensure seamless stays.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality industry experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency and knowledge of POS, PMS, and CRM systems.
• Fluent Italian and good English required.
• Eligible to work in Italy.

Responsabilidades

• Check guest profiles and history prior to arrival.
• Notify departments for guest arrival and share guest history.
• Coordinate transfers and assist guests with arrangements.
• Prepare arrival amenities and welcome drinks.
• Escort guests throughout the resort and upsell facilities.
• Adhere to Six Senses standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain department equipment and respond to guest feedback.
