Six Senses Rome is seeking a Night GEM Supervisor to lead the Front Office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will ensure seamless night operations, uphold brand standards, and collaborate with Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping and F&B to satisfy guest needs.

Qualified candidates will have a hospitality degree with at least two years in front office or guest services, including supervisory experience, and must be eligible to work in Italy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years in front office/guest services, including supervisory experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Eligible to work in Italy
• Strictly adhere to LQA Standards.

Responsabilités

• Assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Front Office department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.
• Oversee guest arrivals and coordinate with Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping and F&B to ensure guest needs are met.
• Ensure all policies, procedures and best practices are in place and rigorously enforced.
• Instill a cost-focused philosophy through training and education.
• Operate the property in compliance with legal, safety and financial requirements and maintain documentation and budget controls.
